Objectives

Training Schemes

1. Graduate Engineer Training Program (GET)

Selection

· All the eligible candidates will be subjected to two stage selection process - Written Test (Technical & Aptitude) and Personal Interview. 
· Candidates who pass through both stages will be eligible for training.
· Candidates from the Eleme Host Communities would have to score a minimum of 50% while others would have to score a minimum of 60% marks in the Written Test, to qualify for the Personal Interviews.
· Company shall take cognizance of provisions in the MOU with Host Communities in this regard.

Stipend & Other Facilities
· Trainees would be a paid consolidated monthly stipend during the period of training.
· The trainees are eligible to use the company’s transport for commuting between the place of stay & factory and can avail one free meal for every working day.

Absorption

Only the candidates who scores above the stipulated cut-off marks will be absorbed on Company’s regular roles based on the vacancy & requirements.

Procurement Strategies:
§  Develop, implement and drive procurement strategies for tactical sourcing in the cluster

§  Engage with Procurement Managers (Strategic Sourcing team) to understand if a sourcing strategy and strategic contracts are in place for the portfolio.

Projects:

§  Maintain frequent contact with suppliers, to review/resolve day-to-day issues and to develop current insights into suppliers’ business conditions.
§  Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
§  Develop supplier service Levels, track and analyse supplier performance data, proposing priorities for performance improvement and follow up monitoring actions.
§  Address / escalate supplier non-performance as appropriate.
Business engagement:
